De La Salle’s vision for an exciting new state-of-the-art, 36,274 sq. ft. Student Life Centre at the Toronto campus will provide students and faculty a much-needed multi-purpose hub to meet and gather, exercise and complete, study and work, pray and meditate, while creating memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
The plan for the Student Life Centre preserves a big part of the existing arena building and features diverse sustainable technologies, such as a solar PV array, green roof, and skylights to help offset energy consumption.

The new Student Life Centre will provide a space designed to build our students’ spiritual, intellectual, artistic, and physical skills. This much-needed facility will serve as a place for students to gather, exercise, compete, study, work, and create memories.
The elegant and modern 36,274 square-foot sustainable facility preserves a big part of the arena while offering a double gym, student commons, workout room, lecture room, and study space. With these amenities, students will have access to resources that will enhance their overall experience on campus and contribute to their personal growth and development.
The Student Life Centre will contribute to the overall attraction of the school, drawing in more students who are interested in a well-rounded education that includes opportunities for personal growth, athleticism, and service. Ultimately, the new Centre will ensure that students have access to the resources and support they need to thrive Spiritually, Intellectually, Artistically, Physically.
